[Pace: 9:11 min/mile]
First time I used the “workout” feature on my watch. I didn’t really like it because it wasn’t giving me my mile splits, but I’m sure there’s a way to have it show that, I just need to figure it out.
Kept a pretty steady pace throughout the entire run (about 9:10). Compare this with my run on Monday, where my pace spread from 8:30 to 10:30! The GPS watch definitely helped with that…
