Forgot to post my run yesterday! And I did one today as well.


So nice to have my foot and knee back in normal working condition! I missed you, Running! I’m back to being super excited about the 15k on Jan. 28th and the half marathon in February! I plan on running 9, 3, and 11 miles this week, and then ~3 miles every other day next week, leading up to the race. I’ve read it’s good to reduce running before a race, any comments on that?
Also, sent back my other shoes, the Brooks, because they were just too narrow. Instead, I got a pair Saucony Kinvara 2’s, and they are MUCH roomier.
